Safeguarding & Safety

  • All coaches are DBS-checked, first-aid trained, and fully qualified.

  • Sessions follow strict safeguarding and supervision procedures to ensure a safe environment.

  • Risk assessments are conducted regularly for all venues and activities.

Inclusivity & Equality

  • Bourne Sports welcomes children of all abilities and backgrounds.

  • Activities are adapted to ensure every child can participate and thrive.

Insurance & Professional Standards

  • We carry full public liability insurance for all classes and events.

  • All sessions comply with Teachers’ Standards and professional PE/FA coaching guidelines.

Booking & Payments

  • Group classes (nursery and public) are booked via ClassForKids.

  • 1-to-1 sessions or school/nursery bookings are arranged via our enquiry form.

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the ClassForKids or session-specific terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Details for cancelling or rescheduling sessions are provided on ClassForKids or upon enquiry.

  • Refunds or credits are handled in line with session type and booking platform policies.

Behaviour & Conduct

  • Children are expected to follow instructions and participate safely.

  • Coaches are trained to support positive behaviour, with encouragement and guidance provided throughout all activities.

Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional or social media use.

  • Parents/guardians can request opt-out if they do not wish their child to be photographed.
