Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings for our public and nursery classes are made via the ClassForKids platform, where parents can view schedules, reserve spaces, and make secure payments. For 1-to-1 coaching sessions or school/nursery provision, bookings are arranged via our enquiry form, with payment instructions provided upon confirmation. Payments must be made before the start of the session to secure your child’s place, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment has not been received

  • We understand that children may occasionally be unable to attend a session. For public and nursery classes, cancellations must be made through ClassForKids at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for a credit or rescheduled class. For 1-to-1 coaching or school/nursery provision, cancellations should be made by contacting us directly. Please note that late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Children are expected to arrive on time and be ready to participate in all activities. Appropriate sports clothing and footwear should be worn for safety and comfort. Parents must remain on-site for public classes where required, and follow instructions provided by coaches to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. For sessions delivered in schools or nurseries, parents are not permitted to attend as children are already under supervision within the provision.

  • At Bourne Sports, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. All coaches are DBS-checked, first-aid trained, and fully qualified. Sessions are conducted in safe, supervised environments, with regular risk assessments carried out for all venues and activities. Parents are required to inform coaches of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs prior to the session to ensure appropriate care.

  • Bourne Sports holds full public liability insurance to cover all activities. While we take every precaution to ensure children’s safety, parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is fit to participate in physical activity. Bourne Sports cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents that occur as a result of non-compliance with session rules, pre-existing medical conditions, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

  • During Bourne Sports sessions, photos and videos may be taken for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes. By attending a session, parents/guardians consent to their child being photographed or filmed unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the session. Bourne Sports ensures that all images and videos are used responsibly and respectfully.

  • Bourne Sports is committed to protecting the privacy of children, parents, and partner settings. Personal information collected during booking, enquiry, or participation in sessions is used solely for administrative, safety, and communication purposes. We comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Parents and guardians have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us directly.

  • Bourne Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated where possible and will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. By booking or attending any session, parents, guardians, or partner settings agree to comply with the current Terms & Conditions in place at that time.
